Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds or returns will be honored except in cases of significant factory defects.

Defective Items

Items with factory defects may be exchanged within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please ensure the following:

Items must be in original packaging and in as-new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused).

You must include a copy of your receipt.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria.

Steps for Exchanges

1. Use our contact form to notify us of any issues with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Email orders@madewithoutfear.com with the following details:

Your order number

The name on the order

The email address used to place the order

A clear description of your request

A photograph showing the damaged or defective area

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Refund Processing

For approved cases, refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery.

(Business days exclude weekends and holidays.)

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and operate 7 days a week to ensure timely deliveries.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

If you need to modify your order details, please email us immediately with your order number and inquiry.

Shipping & Delivery Information

 • Shipping Carriers:

Domestic and international orders are primarily shipped via USPS.

If USPS is unavailable in your region, we will ship via UPS.

Tracking:

All orders include a tracking number, which will allow you to monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Address:

Once an item is shipped, we cannot intercept the package or change the delivery address. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Stolen packages

Lost packages

Damaged packages

Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

For customers outside the US, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply to your order, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
